Role and Responsibilities Assist office support staff with daily duties as filing, answering the phone, releasing cremated remains or death certificates, calling families with information concerning cremations etc.Work at the receptionist desk for lunch relief and one Saturday a month.Support Funeral Home Administrator as the need arises.Enter Osiris contracts into HMIS daily Monitor and file preneed insurance paymentsTake items to various locations, i.e. post-office consulate office
