SVN | J. Beard Real Estate has recently facilitated a lease with Nona’s Italian Grill at 950 Pine Market Ave. in Montgomery. Pine Market is a newly developed, vibrant commercial destination nestled within Woodforest, Montgomery’s top-selling master-planned community.

Nona’s Italian Grill is focused on delivering the freshest, most authentic, homemade Italian cuisine to Woodforest and the surrounding areas. With an existing location on College Park Drive, Nona’s is excited to expand to yet another vibrant community. The doors to their newest location in Pine Market are projected to open at the end of this year.
