About Us
Ranger A/C & Refrigeration is a family and veteran owned HVAC company based in Montgomery, TX serving the Lake Conroe and surrounding areas.
Owners Sean and Karen Donham have been married since 1990 and all 3 of their children work for the company and take pride in doing so. They believe in what they call ''common sense'' business practices which is comprised of things like answering their phone, calling people back, showing up, staying in communication and being upfront with their clients about choices and charges.
Sean has been in the industry for over 30 years and at the urging of family and friends, started his own business in 2016 to be the go-to, trusted company that not only had extensive knowledge and great customer service, but honest work and fair prices as well.
Ranger A/C provides repair service, annual maintenance and complete installations for both residential and commercial air-conditioning and heating clients. They also work with many local Realtors, inspectors and owners to provide low cost inspections to help make informed decisions prior to buying or selling real estate.
Ranger services commercial refrigeration equipment such as reach-in and walk-in coolers, reach-in/walk-in freezers, ice machines, margarita machines, catering trucks and even cryotherapy machines!
With a promise to never sell anything you don't need and a business practice of ''fix it if we can, replace it if we have to'', Ranger has built their company primarily on referrals and they don't take that lightly. Trust is everything.
