David has over 31 years of real estate development experience where he quickly made his mark by acquiring and redeveloping underutilized retail properties across Texas, transforming into modern, right-sized retail spaces tailored to today’s tenant demands. David’s real estate impact spans various markets, including hospitality, medical and premiere high-rise living. He played a leading role in developing the Kingwood Professional Healthcare Center, a 90,000-square-foot state-of-the-art medical complex that includes the Memorial Hermann Specialty Surgical Hospital, a skilled nursing facility, a breast imaging center, pharmacy, and numerous specialized medical practices.

After earning his Master’s degree in 2017, Kenny Antoniono joined the Infinity Texas team in early 2018, bringing both fresh perspective and deep-rooted experience in commercial real estate. Raised around development projects, Kenny has a lifelong passion for turning concepts into concrete results.

At Infinity Texas Investments, Kenny plays a critical leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations and managing key relationships with banks, municipalities, vendors, and tenants. His responsibilities span permitting and civil coordination to leasing strategy and client service, ensuring every project moves efficiently from paper to groundbreaking and beyond.

Kenny’s hands-on approach, combined with his strong operational insight, continues to help elevate the firm's developments from vision to vibrant, lasting spaces.
