Tommie Dorsett

I started working at Eldridge when I was 17 years old, before i graduated High School back in 2020. When Covid hit, my Senior year was cut short. My Father, Mikee Eldridge gave me the opportunity to learn every aspect of the Company and work my way up to Business Development Manager. Before I could even be in Marketing, & go out and speak to people about Eldridge, I had to learn our whole Roofing System, inspection process, Our Culture, Who Eldridge is, What all we do, Our Core Values and what we BELiEVE in.
To this day, I am continuing to grow into the Business Woman i strive to become, and WILL become.
I am now 21 years old, a Mother to a beautiful 9 month old baby boy, and a Fiance to a great man named Will Gipson, who also works as a Project Manager for Eldridge.
