Set up is from 7am - 8:45am. SHOW IS OPEN 9am - 3pm. DO NOT close your booth early. It hurts everyone else. Registration Deadline is the 15th of the month prior. Applications received after the 15th will be considered for the following month. Have your application submitted and contact one of the Chamber offices to pay for the booth. $25 for a 10x10 booth. ($5 additional for electricity) EVENT LOCATION: Old Community Center in Historic Downtown Montgomery. GPS: 14420 Liberty Street. Montgomery, TX 77356 Items must be qualified as homemade, handmade, or homegrown by the vendor entered in the show. (not a reseller of pre-made items) LSFS Market reserves the right to reject any vendor, at their sole discretion. In an effort to maintain a healthy and profitable show for all vendors, any non-produce items are limited to 10% of the show. Consideration is given to varieties within a craft category. (ex. breads, jewelry, wood crafts) Fresh and Canned produce is unlimited. (Your pictures will confirm your items.) Show is Rain or Shine and registration is non-refundable. Pictures of your items must be emailed to ExperienceMontgomery@gmail.com once this application is submitted. Maps for booth location will be sent out the week leading up to the show. You will be provided a 10x10 booth space only. (tents, tables, chairs, and decor NOT included) Do not drive any stakes into the ground. Please use only above ground weights. Vendors are responsible for their own: licenses, health department permits (if applicable), tax permits, cash and sales tax. Use the GPS address listed above when filing. If bringing food, please follow the guidelines of the Texas Cottage Food Law or you will be required to secure a Montgomery County Health permit which can be found at https://tinyurl.com/wb5ynvhn . Smoking is NOT allowed in vendor booths. Please step away from the vendor area to smoke. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up any trash or debris in and around their location at all times. There is no clean-up crew to clean up after the event. Let's keep Montgomery beautiful! LSFS and CLCC will not be responsible for any damages, loss, or expense incurred by the vendor during this event. The parking lot of the Community Center is reserved for quick loading and unloading only. Please move your vehicle from this location once you have unloaded to make room for others. During the show, please park vehicle away from the show to make room for guests. (Be mindful of "no parking" signs for local merchants!)
