After a brief overview of the Biblical case for servant leadership, this presentation will offer a simple model and a useful resource to assess the quality of one’s efforts as a disciple-ing leader.

Guest Speaker: Charlie Balsam, M.A., M.R.E.
After 28 years of lay leadership development in Adult and Family Ministry, Charlie became the founding director of Jason’s Deli Leadership Institute (2007-17) in which servant leadership was a core competency. He is currently an Advisor to the Nesti Center for Faith and Culture Family Life Certificate Program. He and his wife Beth are members of St. Anthony of Padua parish.
