Orangetheory Fitness is an ONE HOUR FULL BODY workout inspired and taught by a personal trainer who is there to make sure you don't over train or under train. Also some amazing things that set us apart is our use of science and technology with our heart rate monitors which track your progress throughout the whole workout.
